Amazon USA bath bombs wholesale customer case

The customer is a US Amazon seller, 20,000 sets of bath bombs set order, target group for girls and children aged 4-14. This is 120g*6pcs set, 6 different colors, each color corresponds to a fragrance, floating multi-bubble formula, and each bath bombs has bracelets inside. The customer was not satisfied with the samples we provided at first, and felt that the scent was not natural enough; then we mobilized more than 10 fragrance suppliers, each supplier sent 2-3 fragrances, we sent samples one by one to the customer for selection, and the customer finally chose one of them.


The customer provided the bracelet and put it into our bath salts, because the accessories were small, the warehouse was estimating the quantity by weighing, which was deviated from the actual quantity. Later, when the quantity was found to be insufficient during the production, we notified the customer, but the customer had jet lag and the production had to continue to keep up, so we took the initiative to contact the bracelet supplier and made up the quantity in time, without delaying the production.
